Sushi! & Chopsticks! & Soy Sauce! Oh My!

Hola! This afternoon I decided on making some sushi for lunch!

There is not much to say, so I will get right into the recipe. This sushi has very simple ingredients that you probably habe already or can get at a grocery store.


Ingredients:
2 nori sheets
1 cup of cooked white rice, cooled off
avocado or guacomole
veggies of your choice (i used carrot shredded, cucumber, and lettuce)

Directions
•Lay the nori sheet out on a table or cutting board, place rice on it and flatten it. You can be generous with the rice. •Then spread the avocado on one edge and place the other veggies on top. 
•Roll the sushi carefully, trying not to tear the nori sheet. 
•Use a sharp knife to cut it into circles by wetting the knife to make it easier!! <- very helpful
